RETURN POLICY

Shop7thavenue.com accepts returns on non pre order and non special promotion items within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.

To qualify for return for store credit of in stock items that are not on special promotion section our returns department must be notified within 48 Hours of receipt and signing of your shipment air bill from our courier that you intent to return for refund, exchange or store credit.

Shop7thavenue.com has made every effort to make every image and photograph, on our website, as accurate to the styles image and color as possible.A fee of 25% to restock will be assesed to order cancelled after shipping . shop7thavenue.com can not be held responsible for your computer monitor's display color or setting which may affect the color accuracy of the product.

All items for returned must be returned unused, with original item's garment bag, hangers, and all tags and labels still attached in order to receive exchange or store credit.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached. Snags, rips, missing embellishments, make-up stains or other damages that affect an item's salable condition will be returned to the customer and return for store credit will be void .

All items eligible for return for exchange or store credit must be approved by our customer service representatives help@shop7thavenue.com . Once approved, you will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number or email.

Items that were sent on hangers must be returned on hangers. A $5 charge for missing hangers will be charged to cover the replacement cost.

All items returned without this criteria be refused and sent back to the sender. Please do not ship any item or package back to the manufacturer.

All items that are pre order or made to order with special changes or on sale , are not returnable and not refundable. special items that require different measurements are final sale.

Our store credit never expires and it can be applied to any product seen our site. Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order; it cannot be exchanged for any type of refund. Orders processed with store credit cannot be exchanged after the order has been shipped.

Upon approval to return refund, exchange or for store credit, the customer will be responsible for all further shipping charges.

EXCHANGES IF WRONG SIZE

Exchanges are offered within 7 of receipt for items of same style in different sizes if available without restocking fees or penalties. Once exchange occurs a final sale condition exists for that item. contact help@shop7thavenue.com to make exchange
